Position Summary
Genscape is seeking an individual to perform data analysis, quality
assurance, and research for the expanding North American, European,
and Japanese power monitoring networks. The Quality Assurance Analyst
will monitor and analyze data collections to ensure continued high
quality standards are maintained. Web research, testing, and support
for various groups within Genscape are also position responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions
- Continual monitoring of the data collection. Provide internal
technical analyses and support to the client services group.
- Daily maintenance of the existing network settings to ensure continued
improvements in accuracy of estimates.
- Perform quality benchmarking for data sets.
- Perform user-acceptance testing for the internal tools and software
as well as customer facing software.
- Identify, document and track the resolution of monitor hardware
problems and quality issues.
- Perform web-based research to identify and gather critical data
and information sets.
Education, Experience, and other Requirements

Bachelor degree in mathematics or science
discipline. Appropriate training or experience (2-5 yrs) in Data
Analysis, Quality Assurance or related discipline acceptable.

Ability to be very flexible with work
schedule is essential – this position requires the capability
to work a swing/flex shift

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity
with SQL data queries
