Genscape operates a remote monitoring network that collects data from electric transmission lines, gas pipelines as well as water temperatures. The company has its European Headquarters in Amsterdam, where the network of monitors is managed and quality is assured. As Technical Backoffice Coordinator you are part of a team of 10 in the Amsterdam office and responsible for the administration, documentation an logistics of our network of devices across Europe. You support the Field Engineers in 8 countries and represent their administrative home base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical administration of the field organization

• Manage the inventory with our equipment suppliers and field engineers

• Maintain a relationship with telecom providers & helpdesks

• Preventive maintenance checks/statistics of the European network

• Process and maintain a straightforward database of plant data files

• Research and acquire plant profiles and other energy related information

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: A minimum of a HBO-diploma

• Precise/accurate work style. Persistent and focused mind set

• Languages: English and conversational Dutch

• PC user with MS Office experience

• Flexibility to adjust to changes within in a fast growing company

• Enjoy working in a small, but international team
