Genscape physically monitors approximately 340 of the most significant power plants and transmission paths throughout the United States. When a plant ramps up or trips, that information sounds an alert on your desktop within 45 to 90 seconds of its occurrence.

Genscape Power North America sent out 1904 plant alerts for the month of June.

These alerts indicate that a plant has dropped or raised production past a certain reasonable level. Genscape also transmits color alerts on many plant outages, defining the cause of the event as well as the forecast for a return to production.
