As gas demand increases worldwide, North America positions itself as one of the top LNG exporters in the world. The U.S. alone currently exports over 4 Bcf/d of LNG and should breach 8 Bcf/d by the end of 2019. Understanding how this export capacity growth is contributing to a shift in global dynamics is imperative.
In this on-demand webinar, we discussed North American LNG operations this past winter, as well as provided a regulatory and operational outlook for the three U.S. liquefaction facilities expected to enter service this year. We also shared our expectations around the likelihood that the U.S., Canadian, and Mexican facilities targeting Final Investment Decision (FID) in 2019 will achieve that milestone by year’s end.
