Genscape has observed reduced cross border flows through hour 12 today as exports to both Germany and Switzerland see significant reductions versus the same period yesterday. Net exports were down to an average of 5120MW between 11am and 12 noon today versus 7180MW yesterday. 
On the generation side we have seen slight reductions, the coal stack has seen the most significant reduction in generation, down at 5% of capacity opposed to 11% utilization yesterday with both Blenod and Emile-Huchet offline with a delta of 762MW versus the same time yesterday.
We will continue to monitor and update users throughout the day of any impact of the worker's strike in France.
