DoubleClick, managed by Google, uses cookies to track a user's web history across sites and over time for the purpose of targeting and serving ads. DoubleClick is tracking a User's Encrypted Google ID, the time, the referral URL, and any advertising ID's if ads are being served on the page. Explanation

Pardot is a Salesforce service that tracks visitor cookies composed of a unique visitor ID and the unique identified for your account. For example, the cookie name "vistior_id12345" is the account identifier. This cookie is set for visitors to our website by the Pardot tracking code. 

We use the data to remember preferences (such as form field values) when a visitor returns to our site, maintain a session state complete trials, campaigns, and conduct analytics on site performance for all users. Opt-Out

Visitors to our website receive a message that asks them to opt-in to tracking cookies on their first visit. The message doesn't appear again unless the user clears their cookies. If a user opts out of tracking, Pardot treats the user as if their cookies are disabled. Email link clicks and form submissions still appear in their activity history, but their page views and form views don't. 

If you have previously opted-in and then decide you want to opt-out, you can do so by clearing your cookies and then when you revisit the page, you will be prompted to opt-in again.

This data is collected and maintained via Salesforce. Genscape has access to the cookie tracking data via Pardot and uses the data in compliance with the Genscape privacy policy.

We use HotJar in order to better understand our users' needs and to optimize service and experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don't like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. HotJar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users' behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP-address (captured and stored on in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display on our website). HotJar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile.
